Before we go further, here is the rule we use to call two casinos “sisters.” Two sites are sisters if they share the same back-end platform, or the same owner. Why we call these nine sites sisters
We looked at the footer of Buran Casino and eight other casino sites. Every single one uses the exact same wording, just with the brand name swapped in. It reads: “2026 © [Brand].com All rights reserved.” Nothing else is added. No company name. No licence number. No regulator named.
Seeing this exact pattern, word for word, on nine different casino websites is not a coincidence. It is a strong sign that all nine run on the same template, built and maintained by the same team, behind the scenes. When we say “sister sites,” this shared footer is one of the clearest pieces of evidence we can point to.
Who runs Buran Casino and its sisters
The names most often linked to this group are two companies: Rabidi N.V. and Araxio Development N.V. In February 2024, the Australian media regulator, ACMA, issued a formal warning naming both companies. The warning named Rabidi N.V. as the operator behind Playzilla, Wazamba, Zet Casino, Slots Palace, Nomini, Casinia, SG Casino and Fez Bet, as well as Buran Casino. It named Araxio Development N.V. separately, also tied to Buran Casino. This is a useful outside confirmation, from a government body, that Buran, Wazamba, Nomini and Casinia are run by the same people.
These companies are also linked to an affiliate programme called WowPartners, which promotes several of these same casino brands to people who bring in new players.
We checked Buran’s own website for a company name or a licence number. We looked at the terms and conditions area, the about page and the responsible gaming page. None of these pages that we could reach named an operating company or a licence number. The only text on the site itself is the plain copyright line in the footer. If you want to try to find more, the terms and conditions page is the place to check, but at the time of writing we found nothing there either.
It is worth being clear about what counts as a sister site here and what does not. CampoBet, for example, is a similarly named casino that some people expect to be part of this group. It is not. CampoBet is run by a different company, Maltix Limited, and it holds a Malta licence with its own licence number. Different owner, different platform, different paperwork. That is why it is not a sister of Buran, even though the two casinos might look similar to a new player browsing the wider market.
The missing licence, explained plainly
Buran Casino does not show a licence number anywhere on its site. Neither do any of its eight sisters. This matters, so let’s be clear about what we know and don’t know.

Here is what a missing licence number does and does not tell you. It means the site is not currently showing proof that a named gambling regulator is overseeing it. - LibraBet — live and working. Same bare footer, wide range of payment methods shown, including crypto.
- Wazamba — live and working. Also named directly in the ACMA warning as run by Rabidi N.V. Shows a live jackpot total on its homepage.
All eight are currently online and taking players. None of them show a company name or a licence number in the footer. This consistency across nine separate brands is exactly why we group them together as sister sites.
Slots and who makes them
Buran and its sisters all offer a large number of slot games. These games are not made by the casinos themselves. They are bought in from third-party game studios, the same studios that supply hundreds of other unrelated casino websites.
