Anjouan’s own regulator lists about 70 domains on King Billy’s licence
The Anjouan Gaming Authority, King Billy’s regulator, keeps a public register on its own website. Anyone can search it for free, by licence number, company name or domain. We searched King Billy’s licence number, ALSI-202508056-FI2, and got back one record: holder Novatrix SRL, status Valid, issued 25 August 2025, expiring 24 August 2027. Against that single licence sat a list of roughly 70 casino domains.
That’s a government record, not a guess, and it names the exact same company, Novatrix SRL, that Spin Samurai and 21Bit already named on their own terms pages. It also settles any doubt about the other four sisters here: Oshi, Golden Star, Bitkingz and Cobra all appear by name on the same licence record, right alongside King Billy, Spin Samurai and 21Bit.
One correction the register gave us: Golden Star’s real domain is goldenstar-casino.com, with a hyphen, not the plain address we tried first. Its security system still blocked us from reading its terms page, but the register confirms it sits on the same licence as the rest.
This licence stretches well past King Billy’s six known sisters
Alongside the seven casinos already named, the licence record lists a long run of other domains, including well-known names: PlayAmo, Woo Casino, Winz.io, Casinonic, Ricky Casino, iLucki, Wild Tornado, GunsBet, CrownPokies, Syndicate Casino, GetSlots, JeetCity, ReelsOn and Moonwin, among roughly fifty more, mostly smaller names.
A name on a valid licence isn’t proof it’s open for business today; licences can sit on old, quiet domains long after a brand stops trading. So we checked a sample directly. Winz.io, CrownPokies, iLucki, Moonwin and ReelsOn all loaded as full, working casino sites, and ReelsOn’s own page names an Anjouan licence directly. PlayAmo, Woo Casino, Casinonic, Ricky Casino, GunsBet, Wild Tornado and GetSlots blocked our check the same way King Billy did, pointing to protected, active sites rather than dead ones. One name on the list, raptor.io, did not return a working casino page at all, a reminder that not every domain on a 70-name licence is trading today.
You don’t need to trust our word, or any guide’s word, for who owns a casino. Anjouan’s public register is free: type in a casino’s licence number, usually printed in small text at the bottom of its homepage, and it hands back the real company name, whether the licence is valid, and every domain filed under it. It takes about a minute, no account needed.
Spin Samurai has the deepest game library
Spin Samurai is one of the two sister sites we could load and read in full for this guide, and its own terms page spells out exactly who runs it. The casino is owned and operated by Novatrix SRL, a company incorporated in Costa Rica under registration number 3-102-893958, and it holds an e-gaming licence, number 0000002, from the Tobique Gaming Commission, alongside the Anjouan licence confirmed above.
The games come from a long list of studios, including BGaming, Pragmatic Play, Yggdrasil, NetGame, Betsoft, Belatra, Booming Games, Platipus, Novomatic and Gamzix. There’s also a live casino section. 21Bit is the other sister site we could read directly, and its terms page names the same operator as Spin Samurai, word for word: Novatrix SRL, Costa Rica registration number 3-102-893958, e-gaming licence 0000002 from the Tobique Gaming Commission.
Game-wise, 21Bit runs slots from BGaming, Pragmatic Play, Spinomenal, Betsoft, Booming Games and Novomatic. Its live dealer section is a step up from Spin Samurai’s: tables come from Evolution, Pragmatic Live and Winfinity, covering roulette, blackjack and baccarat with real dealers. On payments, it takes cards, e-wallets, bank transfer and crypto, and even lets you buy crypto with a card on the site. King Billy blocks visitors from restricted countries
We went to kingbillycasino.com directly. From our test connection, the site would not let us through: it showed its own block page, telling us we were in a restricted country and suggesting we turn off any VPN if we thought that was wrong. That’s a real, working response from a live casino, matching the Valid status the Anjouan register shows for its licence, not a dead link.
King Billy also runs its own affiliate programme, King Billy Partners, separate from anything its sister sites might use. That’s normal for casinos that share an operator but keep their own marketing. Because the site blocked us, we still can’t list King Billy’s current game providers or payment menu here, and we’d rather leave that out than guess.
Oshi, Golden Star, Bitkingz and Cobra: confirmed by the regulator, blocked on their own sites
We also tried to load Oshi, Golden Star (goldenstar-casino.com), Bitkingz and Cobra directly. Each blocked us in its own way. Oshi said it “is not available in your region.” Bitkingz said we “can’t access from this country.” Cobra named Great Britain specifically and refused entry to British players. Golden Star showed no country message at all; its security system stopped our request before it reached the site.
Those blocks stopped us reading each site’s own terms page, so we still can’t list their exact games or payment menus, and we’re not going to guess. What’s changed is that we no longer need their own terms pages to prove they belong to King Billy’s group: Anjouan’s own register already names oshi.io, goldenstar-casino.com, bitkingz.com and cobracasino.com on the same Novatrix SRL licence as King Billy, Spin Samurai and 21Bit.
Why “Dama N.V.” is the wrong answer, on the regulator’s own word
Most sister-site lists online put King Billy in a huge group under a company called Dama N.V., alongside dozens of other brands. That answer is out of date. Dama N.V. is a licence host: a company that lets many unrelated casinos use its Curaçao paperwork. Sharing a licence host does not mean sharing an owner; two completely unrelated casinos can use the same licence host at the same time, run by different companies with nothing else in common.
The Anjouan register shows King Billy’s real owner is Novatrix SRL, Costa Rica company number 3-102-893958. Worth noting: two names usually lumped into the old Dama N.V. story, PlayAmo and Woo Casino, plus Syndicate Casino, now sit on this same Novatrix Anjouan licence instead. That’s a sign brands move between operators over time, and a sister-site list is only as good as the day it was checked against a live source. An archived copy of Oshi’s own terms page, dated January 2025, still named Dama N.V. as its operator back then, which fits the pattern: Oshi has since moved onto Novatrix’s Anjouan licence, the one on record today.
What this means if you’re in the US, Australia or Canada
If you’re playing from the United States, both Spin Samurai and 21Bit name the US on their excluded-country list, and there’s no reason to expect King Billy or the rest of the group to differ. Crypto doesn’t change that: these are country checks, not payment checks, so paying in Bitcoin won’t get around a US block.
Canadian players are treated as a normal audience on the sites we checked, with Canadian dollar pricing and Canada-facing language, though a handful of provinces are carved out under local rules. Australian dollars are supported as a currency too, a sign Australian players are expected, even though Australia’s own law doesn’t licence real-money online casinos domestically.
