The same company name, the same number, the same licence, printed six times
You do not have to guess who runs these casinos. Their own footers tell you, word for word. Roaring 21’s footer names the operator as Entertainment Software Group Ltd, gives a company registration number of 000042028, and shows licence number ALSI-192407055-FI3, issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.
Open CasinoMax, Cherry Jackpot, Slots Ninja, SlotsRoom or Spinfinity and you find the exact same three details, unchanged, on every single one. That is not a coincidence and it is not a guess. It is the same company saying so in its own words, six times over.
Sharing RTG games proves nothing on its own
Here is something worth being honest about. Roaring 21 and its sisters all run Real Time Gaming (RTG) software. Almost every sister-site guide you will find online lumps casinos together just because they all use RTG games. That is a bad way to do it, and it is wrong.

Against that licence, the register lists six domains: casinomax.com, spinfinity.casino, slotsroom.com, slotsninja.com, cherryjackpot.com and roaring21.com. That means the regulator confirms two more sister sites than the footers alone would suggest: SlotsRoom and Spinfinity.
A domain sitting on a licence is not, by itself, proof that a casino is open for business. Regulators can be slow to remove dead or parked domains from a licence. So both extra names were checked directly. SlotsRoom and Spinfinity are both live, working casino sites, and both show the identical operator name, registration number and licence number in their own footers. Both are genuine, active sister sites, not leftovers on an old paper trail.
